Connect Your Systems

We send secure connection links for each system you use:

Google Workspace (via domain-wide delegation) or Microsoft 365 (OAuth) — customer-facing emails only

Zoom, Google Meet, Gong, Clari Copilot, Fireflies, or Aircall

Messaging

Slack or Microsoft Teams — you control which channels

CRM

Salesforce or HubSpot — optional two-way sync

Support

Zendesk or Jira — optional

Your admin clicks OAuth links and grants permissions. For Google Workspace, your admin adds our client ID and scopes through the Google Admin console.

No database access, no infrastructure changes, no special network setup—just standard HTTPS connections.

Configure Monitoring

You specify which customer accounts to monitor and which employees to include. BackEngine only sees communications with those designated customers—nothing internal.

We pull historical data (typically 90 days). Takes 1-2 days depending on volume.
